The price you sign is the price you pay.
When you sign, the price in your contract is the price. No back-end invoices. No surprise additions. No “we ran into something.” The certainty is written into the deal.
The 10-year warranty
Backed for a decade, no deductible.
Every Red Door home carries a 10-year warranty through PWC, one of the largest home warranty insurers in the country. Year one covers workmanship and materials. Years two through ten cover structural. Nothing out of your pocket.

How accurate is the number?
The entire exterior and site scope is fully planned and priced on your specific lot. That’s the part of a build where surprise costs usually come from, which is exactly why we plan it first.
What if I haven’t picked a floor plan?
That’s fine. We have 30+ plans, and we’ll help you match one to your land, your budget, and how you want to live.
How long does it take?
After your land evaluation, your cost study is typically delivered within a few days. Your rep will give you an exact timeline when you schedule.
